Area of Business: Thailand

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in plastic resins, chemicals, and related products.
- Expand the customer base by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell company products to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and suppliers.
- Manage and monitor sales activities, including forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business development strategies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the plastic resin industry, chemical industry, related fields, or a trading company.
- Experience handling non-Japanese industrial customers is an advantage.
- English: Intermediate level (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Open-minded with a positive attitude.
- Fast learner with logical thinking ability.
- Good team player with effective time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
