JOB DETAIL

1. Cooperate with oversea agents and customers by email or telephone.
2. Visit existing customers and new potential customers.
3. Issue quotations as customer requested including responding to oversea inquiries.
4. Follow up the shipment and coordinate with internal with other section concerning until the job is completed.
5. Monitor and follow up new inquiries of new customers even coordinate with sales support and operation.
6. Receive complaints and solve the problem or present a solution as customer satisfaction.
7. Report sales activities, monitor profit, and even check active customers every month.
8. Develop, build, and maintain client relationships.
9. Search for potential clients, and expand new customer base.
10. Ensure close relationships with customers in order to achieve/exceed sales targets.
11. Update and customize the sales.
12. Prepare and present commercial proposals to the market in line.
13. Ensure all internal reporting is accurate and within the timeline.
14. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years of experience as Sales Freight (Can be in Air freight/ Sea freight/ Truck and cross border)
- Intermediate level of English. (Clients are global company)
- Required personal car and driver's license.
- If have experience in management is preferred.
