■General
A management-focused role responsible for production planning, scheduling, progress control, and inventory management.

■Detail
・Plan and control production schedules to meet delivery and cost targets
・Monitor production progress, capacity, and inventory levels
・Analyze production data and address bottlenecks
・Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Logistics
・Support productivity improvement and cost control initiatives
・Report production status and performance to management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・10+ years experience related to production Control
・1+ years experience as manager level in organization over 200 employees
・Ever work at Japanese Company
・Japanese Intermediate（N3-N1）

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work closely with Japanese Managing Director, Japanese HQ
