JOB DETAIL

・Manage overall quality control and quality assurance activities
・Ensure product quality meets customer and company standards
・Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis and countermeasures
・Implement and maintain quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
・Monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections
・Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers for quality improvement
・Prepare quality reports and communicate with Japanese headquarters
・Lead and develop QC/QA team members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・7+ years experience work at QC department
・Ever experience both QC ＆QA
・1+ years experience as manager level in organization over 200 employees
・Ever work at Japanese Company
・Japanese Upper Intermediate（Speak/Read/Write. N2-N1）

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever work closely with Japanese Managing Director, Japanese HQ
・Ever manage both QC ＆QA as manager
