①Handling import / export process(irregular: 2 to 5 times a month at most, 1-2 times at least). Check with DHL, the importer, check the number of items received.Scanning import documents, creating shipping invoices, creating cost statements, creating packaging lists, creating delivery notes and etc...

②Sales related tasks (irregular: when the sales staff is out, simple quotation creation, quotation sheet update, order form processing, regular: weekly order totaling)

③ Warehouse management (once at the end of each month, once every Quarter, shipping work (irregularly 2-3 times a month, corrugated cardboard seeds, sticker for each customer)

④ Managing documents such as ISO related documents

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
・Must have Intermediate Level of English
・At least 3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics-related clerical tasks
・Must have good excel skill
・Must be able to input data to ERP system
