Scope of work:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will lead efforts to expand the company’s market presence,
drive new customer acquisition, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
You will develop proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate cross-functional support to meet sales goals.
Your role also involves representing the company in external events, translating Japanese-related documents,
and supporting projects with Japanese stakeholders.
You will work both independently and as part of the team to contribute to Company’s growth.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall sales and marketing activities for the achievement of sales targets.
- Carry out other sales-related activities, e.g. negotiating terms and conditions with potential customers, creating marketing plans and proposals, and creating detailed proposal documents,
coordinating with related functions.
- Ensure positive relationships with clients and prospective customers and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all the sales and marketing reports and presentation kits in Japanese are professionally prepared.
- Perform networking and participate in events and activities to boost overall sales & marketing.
- Led Japanese Delegation for site visits, maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Coordinate and support Japanese-related projects.
- Translate Japanese-related documents (Thai- Japanese, English- Japanese).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales & marketing roles, ideally with Japanese market exposure.
- Fluency in Japanese - speaking, reading, writing.
- Strong English communication skills (e.g. TOEIC > 600 or equivalent).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead or contribute in a team environment.
- Analytical and strategic thinking for market development.
- Problem-solving ability and critical thinking.
- Flexibility to work beyond office hours and travel domestically or internationally.
