Source products according to the requirements of the Merchandise Officer.

Propose new and interesting products for import to Thailand for both offline and online sales channels.

Negotiate prices, order quantities, purchasing terms, and product presentation to ensure cost-effective, high-quality products that are competitive in the market.

Prepare comparison sheets (Bidding) to meet specifications and obtain the best prices and terms for purchasing.

Coordinate and follow up on overseas products to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Coordinate with relevant departments to deliver products to the warehouse, and inspect quantity and quality to meet standards, including handling returns or claims for non-standard products.

Evaluate and select reliable, high-quality suppliers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing and shipping products from China to Thailand

Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Thai

Retail product sourcing experience in Thailand is a plus

Import/export experience is a plus

Able to work and relocate to Yiwu, China (company provides travel support)
