JOB DETAIL
- Issue invoices, receipts, and withholding tax certificates
- Create and record payment transactions in the system
- Prepare monthly cash-in and cash-out reports
- Manage employee attendance records and timesheets
- Assist with the recruitment process (contacting candidates, preparing onboarding and offboarding documents, registration and deregistration of company insurance and provident fund for employees)
- Support visa and work permit processes (document collection and coordination with outsourced vendors, accompany or assist expatriates when visiting government authorities as assigned)
- Prepare minutes of meetings
- Coordinate and communicate with HQ staff (e.g., IT-related issues, updating employee information)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- 0–3 years of working experience in Accounting and/or Administration (New graduates are welcome)
- Conversational English skills (TOEIC score 500 or above)
- Japanese language ability at JLPT N3 level or above.
