JOB DETAIL

• Purchase and Sales Negotiation with the oversea suppliers and customers
• Arrangement of logistics, including customs clearance, in relation to Purchase & Sales
• Manage Contract of Sale and Purchase, Order, Shipment/Delivery, Shipping Document.
• Coordinate with Customs Agent for customs clearance process
• Coordinate with Sales Team for any inquiry
• Coordinate with Cold Storage/WH for space
• Calculate Cost Sheet
• Handle and Resolve Problems caused in Purchase & Sales amicably
• Update market situation and any situation relevant/impact to the Salmon business/industry.
• Arrange Purchasing Report, and/or Sales Reports.
• Ready to assist to other members of the team in achieve the team mission.
• Able to read and analyze the basic financial statement, especially cash flow and general ledgers.
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• Accompany and Take Care for Customer or Supplier Visit.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree
• International Business, Import-Export Basic Knowledge (Incoterms)
• Good communicate in English both speaking and writing actively and Japanese Language JLPT N2 up
• Strong Interpersonal/Interactive Communication Skill
• Logical Thinking / Analytical Thinking
• Perceptiveness, Good Common Sense, Good Business Sense, Service Mind
• Enthusiastic, Agility, Pro-Active
• Pleasant Personality, High adaptive and Flexible.
• Hard Working and Dedicated, Working under pressure.

• Ready to work overtime on weekdays and weekend for urgent case
