- New Business Development (Hunting): Proactively approach major Japanese restaurant chains, large-scale retailers, and major food processing plants.
- Network Building: Leverage personal networks or build new connections to penetrate and propose solutions to Japanese decision-makers.
- Professional Negotiation: Build high-level trust based on Japanese business customs (quick response, accurate documentation).
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales Assistants to efficiently manage administrative processes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field).
- JLPT N1 level.
- Must be able to communicate in Japanese at a near-native level.
- Language: Native-level Japanese proficiency (or JLPT N1).
- Must be able to understand specific Japanese cultural backgrounds and unspoken intentions.
- Experience: Sales experience in the food industry or an existing network (restaurants, retail, or factories) is highly preferred.
- Experience studying in Japan or long-term employment at a Japanese company.
- Mindset: A "Hunter" sales style with a strong drive for achieving targets.
- Others: Valid driver’s license (for sales activities).
