Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for establishing, developing, and managing relationships with Government and State Enterprise clients within Thailand. The core focus is to drive sales and oversee the successful execution of event, exhibition, marketing, and other solution-based projects offered by the company, while maintaining a strong understanding of government procurement and operational processes.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executives and relevant officers in governmental and state enterprise organizations to position the company as a preferred partner for projects.
- Conduct client meetings to gather project requirements (Brief), objectives, and clearly define the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Develop sales plans, presentation strategies, and sales forecasts specifically for the public sector client group.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Production, Operations, Design) to develop compelling proposals, concepts, and project frameworks that meet client needs.
- Manage the preparation of crucial documentation such as Cost Sheets, Quotations, and Proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to public sector regulations.
- Manage assigned projects from inception to completion (End-to-End Project Management), ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain a thorough understanding of the Public Procurement Act and related regulations governing purchasing and project acquisition within government agencies.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all operations and documentation related to official government procedures, such as bidding, presentations, and final project handover/submission.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Key Account Manager, with proven, direct experience managing and working with Government and State Enterprise clients.
- Strong familiarity with government procurement processes and the operational workflow of public sector entities is essential.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
- Proficient command of both Thai and English (verbal and written) sufficient for professional presentations and coordination.
