[Job Description]
1. As a playing manager, you will also need to find new customer for Energy save & Automation
2. Finding New Product for Energy save & Automation
3. Basic documentations as Sales (P.O/Sales Contract/ INV/ DO … etc)
4. Take lead in team and teach/guide subordinates
5. Supporting Engineers/Sales with current customers when necessary
6. Look for Potential Companies to Invest in, conclude in a partnership
7. Communicate in English with HQ Japan side, to support projects, to gather information.
8. Excluding the above, create new value to current team. (Internally / externally)
9. Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Must have sales experience in Machinery/Automation projects for minimum 5 years
・Must have bachelor's degree in any
・Must have management experience as team leader/Assistant Manager
・Must have basic understanding towards Machinery and Automation for industrial usage.
・Able to work on Holiday (Sat/Sun/Public), if required（＊Normally works on Mon-Fri but if client asks you or if company has exhibition to join, you may need to work on weekends)

【Preferred】
・Engineering experience is preferred but not necessary
・Auto Cad or 3D software operation is advantage
・Own car would be preferred but if you don't own car you can use company car with company driver
・Preferred to have engineering License (Advantage if have)
・Nearly Upper Intermediate level of English or above (*You will need to communicate with Japanese staff as well as oversea suppliers and clients in English)
