Managing, Designing, and Implementing IT Solutions
✓ Ensure smooth operation of all IT-related activities across the company group in 10+ countries.
✓ Provide internal support to all departments, focusing on process automation, efficiency improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
✓ Drive system integration between internal platforms and external partners.
✓ Lead the implementation of core ERP systems across multiple entities.
✓ Design and oversee project solutions for three companies operating in 10+ countries.
✓ Analyze business and technical requirements, providing strategic guidance to Project Managers.
✓ Oversee and govern the full software development lifecycle for the organization.
✓ Manage both in-house and outsourced system development initiatives.
✓ Lead project planning, execution, and development workflow automation management.
✓ Conduct training sessions for employees on new mobile and application features.
✓ Spearhead AI and automation initiatives, integrating emerging technologies to optimize operations and business processes.
✓ Lead the implementation and compliance of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management) standards across the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in IT management or leadership roles
• At least have background of PHP programming, As well as know infrastructure from Cloud Services
• Proven track record of managing multi-country or regional IT operations
• Experience in leading ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms)

Technical Competencies
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools
• Understanding of database management, API integration, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications and automation tools for business process optimization
• Experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 implementation and compliance
Management & Leadership Skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Experience managing both in-house and outsourced development teams
• Strong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking with ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives
• Experience in budget planning and IT governance
