JOB DETAIL
- Strategic Account Management: Act as the principal point of contact ("customer window") for major factory clients, building deep, trusted partnerships.
- Customer Growth Strategy: Develop and implement ambitious growth strategies for each account, identifying new opportunities and driving business promotion.
- Internal & External Liaison: Serve as the central hub for all communication, masterfully coordinating between clients, production planning, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure flawless execution.
- Sales Team Coordination: Lead, coordinate, and follow up with sales staff to ensure team alignment and the achievement of sales objectives.
- Reporting & Presentation: Summarize sales performance, market analysis, and key reports, delivering clear and compelling presentations to clients and internal leadership.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior Sales, Marketing, or Key Account.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Good relationship, Collaboration, Presentation, Speedy time management
- Experience in the electronics components field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is advantageous.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own car
