JOB DETAIL

- Serve as the main point of contact for automobile manufacturers or Tier-1 suppliers, handling (Sales, Operations, and Quality related matters)
- Act as a coordinator with Company Group sales organization and among Group companies, providing support to sales staff
- Responsible for product proposals, quotation preparation, price negotiations, order management, and monitoring daily order status and production preparation progress
- Work with Japan Headquarters and group companies (Vietnam Factory), based on customer requirements
- Business travelling to India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, and other locations may be required
- Based on performance and suitability, there is potential for career advancement to a manager position
- Internally, support sales budget planning and control, conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual sales analysis, and prepare marketing and sales-related reports for headquarters, contributing to Asia regional business operations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in automotive parts related field
- At least 5 years' experience in in the automotive parts manufacturing industry or trading companies
- Good computer skill in MS Office (Excellent Excel Skill) and other related software
- English skill is must (English E-mail correspondence) TOEIC SCORE Over 700
- Japanese language with JLPT N1
