JOB DETAIL
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets, presenting customized product solutions to meet client needs.
- Lead impactful product presentations, trials, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.
- Act as the main contact for clients — addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations).
- Monitor account performance, analyse market trends, and provide insights for product and business strategies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Industrial Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years in key account management or international sales, ideally in the pet or livestock nutrition industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and market trends.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing key accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
