JOB DETAIL
- Understand the market needs, able to do market assessment for new products and technology, financial assessment of needs and solutions provided
- Expands contacts at major accounts and build good relation with key accounts
- Organize activities to promote good relationships with customers
- To achieve annual sales targets, volume, value and gross profit
- Attend customer meetings for get customer needs and provide products to suit customer needs
- Other related duties as assigned
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in key account management or international sales, ideally within the pet or livestock nutrition industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on client engagement.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software.
- Travel: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
