JOB DETAIL
In order to introduce their new energy cost reduction solution for manufacturing clients, they are looking for a Sales Executive to lead new customer acquisition.
-Acquire new customers via cold calls and emails
-Visit manufacturing clients to understand their challenges and needs
-Identify client issues (energy-saving, electricity cost reduction, ESG initiatives) and propose solutions
-Support clients in implementing solutions
-Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
-Report sales activities and performance to the manager and team

Electricity cost reduction platform installed in factories
■Client:
Japanese Manufacturing companies
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
-Upper-intermediate English (used for internal communication)
*You will need to discuss your sales activities and plans with the Japanese manager daily
-Must have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in acquiring new customers
-Must have Corporate Sales experience targeting manufacturing
*The system will be installed at multiple points in factories to monitor electricity usage
-No job hoppers
*Applicants who changed jobs within 2 years are not eligible.
*Looking for someone who can lead the team in the future.
-Experience in cold calling and able to do it on a daily basis
*Manager will support you in finding customers
■Preferred:
-Experience in IT product or solution sales
-Enterprise software sales experience (ERP, accounting, SCM, etc.)
-Knowledge of carbon neutrality or carbon credits
■Not applicable if your experience is limited to :
Account management, pre-sale, which focus on client retention, onboarding, upselling, and relationship management.
■Desired Personality:
-Persistent and proactive in approaching new clients; able to consistently make cold calls and approach new clients
-Patient and diligent in repeating sales activities
-Able to understand factory and manufacturing environments
