JOB DETAIL

•Conduct sales activities to get fit-out projects, such as office renovation projects.
•After receiving a project order, you will participate in meetings with the customer to proceed with the project together with company members.
•Meeting and presenting our service to clients in Bangkok and up Country.
•Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
•Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails or visit.
•Able to be searching for new customers to meet the target.
•Expanding customer base and market growth opportunities.
•Prepare the proposal, quotation, contract and all paperwork.
•Follow up the process from starting the Project until complete.
•Maintain a close connection with interior contractors, designers, builders, developers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Min. 1-2 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing Field (Interior Design)
- English level: Intermediate English is better to communicate with customer
- Pleasant personality, active, powerful, keen achievement, service minded, good interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Having Experience in Interior Design construction will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Possess in results oriented and ability work under pressure
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Power Point)
- Have an Own car
