JOB DETAIL

- Plan, control, and monitor production to ensure alignment with the company’s plans and objectives.
- Manage production resources such as personnel, machinery, equipment, raw materials, and others to maximize production efficiency.
- Supervise and develop the production team to enhance their skills, knowledge, and motivation.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Marketing, Administration, and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Control product quality to meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure operations comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
- Continuously analyze and improve production processes.
- Prepare production reports and conduct data analysis for management decision-making.
- Control production costs and minimize losses arising from the production process.
- Oversee the maintenance of machinery and production equipment to ensure readiness and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in production management, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and cost management.
- Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level (Lower-intermediate is acceptable if you can communicate in English).
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO, IATF, or other quality management systems in the manufacturing industry.
