At a frozen food trading company, you will help market research, product planning, and development across ASEAN and European markets, while taking part in exhibitions and client meetings.

■Main Responsibilities:
With your managers/supervisor you will be in charge of:
-Market Research: Collect, organize, and manage information on market trends, consumer preferences, and products in ASEAN and European countries.
-Product Planning: Develop and propose new products based on market insights.
-Packaging & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate packaging design, labeling, and ensure compliance with regulations.
-Exhibitions & Client Meetings: Present menus, provide cooking demonstrations, and support sales activities.
-Sales Promotion Materials: Plan and maintain catalogs and other promotional tools.

■Collaboration with R&D Staff:
-Concept prototype support – provide guidance and work together with product design lead
-Support factory prototyping and line tests when needed
-Participate in production oversight as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Marketing, or related fields.
-Intermediate level of English
-Approximately 2–3 years of experience in product (planning) development, quality assurance, or marketing in the food manufacturing or related industry
-Experience in product planning, menu proposal, or promotional activities in the food service or retail industry
-Practical experience in food product development or culinary research at a university or research institution
