The Marketing Supervisor plays a key role in translating strategic marketing plans into actionable activities, ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support initiatives. With a focus on the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, this role supervises Marketing Executive, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and utilizes market insights to develop impactful materials and proposals. The position requires creativity, strong coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining brand consistency.
- Translate strategic marketing plans into executable day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth implementation of campaigns, promotions, and sales support efforts to drive brand awareness and product trial.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager, and Business Development team to plan and execute marketing and sales initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects to generate creative and commercially viable concepts.
- Prepare and deliver F&B trends presentations (primarily in Thai, occasionally in English) for internal stakeholders.
- Proactively utilize internal research databases (e.g., Mintel, Global Data, Euromonitor) to produce presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct and support research data analysis (e.g., consumer flavor preferences) to provide insights for product development and strategic flavor proposals.
- Coordinate the creation and timely delivery of marketing and sales materials (e.g., Proactive Toolkit Box) according to campaign objectives and timelines.
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Consolidate marketing performance data and prepare reports for management review.
- Perform other marketing-related duties and assignments as delegated by the Manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, Food Technology
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B industry, including supervisory or team coordination roles
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and industry research tools (e.g., Mintel, GlobalData, Euromonitor)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Good to excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written communication)
