Scope of Responsibility:
- Oversee all contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring that contracts are well-structured, risks are managed, and legal requirements are met.
- Work closely with tender & project teams, clients, subcontractors, and legal advisers to manage contract negotiation, execution, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Manage change orders, claims, extensions, and variations in coordination with project teams.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement departments to ensure contracts meet regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain organized records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
- Provide advice and training to project managers and staff on contract obligations and procedures.
- Support dispute resolution and claims management when required.
- Analyze contract performance and provide reports to senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, law, or related field.
- *Minimum 5 years of work experience in contract management in construction or real estate industry.
- Business level of English (To negotiate legal terms & conditions with MNCs).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts e.g. FIDIC, AIA, AUS, JCT, etc..
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to interpret complex legal terms & contract terms & conditions in English (MNCs) & Thai (Locals).
- Proficiency in contract management software/tools.
- Certification in contract management e.g. IACCM, NCMA is a plus.
- Familiar with Thailand's construction law and regulations.
- Experience in private sector project is preferred.
