■About role
Responsible for the design and construction coordination of MEP systems, including electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation installations for commercial and industrial buildings.

■Detail
・Review and coordinate civil and MEP construction drawings.
・Support the design, planning, and supervision of MEP installations (electrical, HVAC, instrumentation).
・Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
・Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
・Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and support handover activities.
・Assist with construction scheduling and quality control.

*The business is expanding across Thailand and ASEAN, and this role offers the opportunity to support that growth as part of the Thailand-based Engineering team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・Bachelor’s degree in Facility Engineering or related field
・2+ years of experience in Facility engineering, preferably with MEP coordination
・Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems in building construction
・Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools

■Better to have
・Familiarity with instrumentation/control system infrastructure
・Basic English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking)
・Valid Thai engineering license
