- Review and verify product compliance with destination country regulations and customer requirements, and provide guidance on product specifications and analysis of materials, ingredients, and finished products prior to use or delivery—ensuring import approval and avoiding rejection by authorities or customers.
- Review and verify Customer Product Specification documents and other technical documents as requested by clients.
- Review and verify new formulas and ingredients before implementation by researchers to ensure legal compliance.
- Review and verify the accuracy of product labeling to ensure it complies with destination country regulations.
- Monitor changes in food regulations both domestically and internationally, conduct briefing sessions, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure company products and labeling remain compliant with newly enforced laws.
- Liaise with government agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Livestock Development, as well as coordinate with customers regarding international regulations. Submit and follow up on required documents and ensure all company licenses are properly applied for and renewed in accordance with legal requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry
- Experience in food regulatory affairs and coordination with government agencies
- Knowledge of food laws and regulations, including the Thai Food Act
- Strong understanding of food science and technology
- Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
