• Provide strategic leadership and direction in finance, accounting, costing, inventory control, administration, and IT functions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant accounting records aligned with company policies and legal regulations.
• Implement and maintain robust financial audit and control systems to monitor company performance and budget adherence.
• Prepare and present regular financial statements and reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements from capital markets and relevant authorities.
• Develop, review, and present annual budgets, business plans, financial plans, and investment portfolios for management approval.
• Identify and report financial irregularities, compliance risks, and operational issues to management for corrective action.
• Coordinate with external auditors, financial advisors, consultants, underwriters, and other financial service providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and support company growth.
• Oversee and mentor finance, accounting, and IT personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
• Establish and implement departmental procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide financial and management insights to support planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and monitor organizational goals, policies, and operating procedures to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and manage strategic business initiatives, operational projects, and continuous improvement programs.
• Review legal contracts, supply agreements, and negotiate with key clients to support financial and business objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree in related field & CPA will be advantage.
• At least 8-year experiences in management positions.
• Solid background in finance & accounting, costing, inventory control, IT basic
knowledge is a need.
• Familiarity with Budgeting, Cash flow management, Financial Analysis and all related
matters to drive the business growth from finance view.
• Experience in dealing with local authorities, Revenue Department.
• Good at International Accounting: GAAP, TFRS and Thai Accounting Standard.
• Have knowledge of computerized information system used in financial and
accounting applications, system support requirements, provide consultation and
recommendations to operational management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEIC score 700+).
