- Verify product compliance with the regulations of the destination country and customer requirements, including label content, packaging designs such as boxes and trays.
- Prepare Customer Product Specifications and technical documentation as requested by clients.
- Review new ingredient formulas and raw materials before use by researchers to ensure compliance with applicable food regulations.
- Apply for and renew required certifications and licenses, such as food manufacturing licenses and Certificates of Free Sale, and coordinate with relevant government agencies.
- Monitor changes in food laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure legal compliance.
- Submit product samples for laboratory analysis to support product development and improvement, and to verify compliance with legal standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in food science and technology
- knowledge of food law and the Food Act
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of the English language, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong skills in online research and information retrieval
