- Responsible for managing and overseeing the tendering process for our construction projects, playing a crucial part in the strategic planning and delivery of our company's objectives.
- Develop and implement effective tender strategies to secure new business opportunities.
- Coordinate the tender preparation process, including gathering necessary information, preparing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of tender specifications, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as operations and finance, to ensure a comprehensive and competitive tender submission.
- Monitor the tender evaluation process and provide support during negotiations.
- Maintain a detailed database of tender activities and outcomes to inform future bidding strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in tendering.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as 'Technical Tender/Tender Engineer/' or related role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Business level of English (As able to make bidding/business proposal to potential sectors).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and identify risks and opportunities.
- Proficient in using project management and bid management software.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across multiple departments.
