JOB DETAIL

1. Daily Work Monitoring
- Manage the team and allocate daily tasks to align with production and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with the Material Control, Planning, and Purchasing departments to ensure proper receipt of goods.
- Oversee the quality of materials in the warehouse and manage inbound and outbound goods efficiently.
- Organize storage areas in compliance with 5S principles, ensuring items are properly arranged and clearly labeled.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
2. Operations Management
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks to ensure stock matches system records.
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to improve work efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle damaged or unused materials.
3. Personnel Management
- Provide regular skill training for employees.
- Conduct safety training and workplace environment inspections.
- Monitor attendance and evaluate employee performance.
4. Warehouse Equipment Management
- Inspect equipment and report any issues.
- Ensure equipment usage complies with safety standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Logistics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to use SAP, WMS, and PDA systems.
- Highly responsible with good communication and coordination skills.
- Intermediate level of Chinese (HSK 4+) is a must
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday.
