Logistics & Import/Export Operations
- Oversee the complete logistics cycle for the import and export of machinery and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations, international trade laws, and shipment documentation requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Support import/export of food ingredients and manage product registration with the Thai FDA (preferred).

Purchasing & Sourcing
- Conduct equipment sourcing, including supplier identification, qualification, and evaluation.
- Perform due diligence on pricing, analyze quotations, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor supplier performance, together with the best ordering level after Min-Max of the inventory.
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing to support operational and project needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics and purchasing, particularly in machinery and spare parts.
- Strong knowledge of Thai customs procedures, international shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in food ingredient import/export and FDA registration is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability in sourcing, pricing analysis, and vendor negotiation.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good command in English.
