- Prepare BOI Formulas (BOM), BOI Material Part Lists (MML), maximum stock calculations, and other related documents.
- Assist the Supervisor in organizing data and documents for BOI application submissions related to new projects, new models, or project amendments.
- Perform BOI stock cutting for exported finished goods (FG).
- Support the Supervisor in BOI audits by preparing import/export data and other relevant company documents for submission to the BOI office.
- Conduct BOI stock cutting and transfer stock to suppliers by issuing “Report: V” in cases where suppliers utilize BOI privileges.
- Assist the Supervisor in preparing data and documents for submission of the BOI annual report.
- Apply for BOI privileges for each import shipment to obtain approval from the BOI office for import duty and VAT exemption on materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Renew BOI privileges under Section 28 and Section 36 for import materials and machinery.
- Conduct BOI scrap procedures for imported parts that cannot be used for production or export under BOI regulations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 5+ years' work experience as BOI job, preferable in Electronic Industry
- Strong experience in BOI from *Manufacturing* industry
- Upper Intermediate in English
- Strong knowledge of the Board of Investment (BOI) regulations, especially concerning BOI Formulas (BOM), Material Part Lists (MML), Section 28 and Section 36 privileges, and scrap handling procedures.
- Experience in preparing BOI applications, annual reports, and coordinating with BOI officers is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with customs procedures, HS codes, and free zone or bonded warehouse operations is an advantage.
