JOB DETAIL

- Invite farmers to join the company project: profit-sharing, trade finance, etc.
- Crop Management: Develop, implement, and monitor agronomic strategies for optimizing crop production.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct field trials and studies to assess crop performance, soil health, pest control, and other agronomic factors. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve agricultural practices.
- Consultation: Advise farmers and clients on best practices for improving crop yields, soil fertility, pest control, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Training & Education: Provide training and guidance to farmers and agricultural staff on new technologies, equipment, and practices in crop production and management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
- 4-5 years' experience in managing agricultural projects or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to farmers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to field sites as necessary.
- Ability to travel to farming areas as needed.
- Good command of English
