• Expand logistics business domestically and internationally through effective sales strategies
• Identify and acquire new clients in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain sectors
• Provide customized logistics solutions, including Air & Sea Freight, Cross-border Logistics, and Project Cargo
• Achieve sales targets with an 80-90% hunter role focus
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with transport providers
• Collaborate with global teams to develop new business opportunities
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, particularly in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea)
• Strong business development and hunting skills; ability to close high-value deals
• Have experience in bidding, quotation analysis, and pricing strategy
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
