Job Title: Technical Trainer
Department: After-Sales / Technical Support
Job Scope: Train technical staffs of dealers in Thailand & countries in Asia Pacififc

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training courses related to construction equipment (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders) and agricultural machines.
- Focus training on core systems: engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
- Support and train dealer service teams in Thailand and, if required, in other English-speaking countries such as Australia and the Philippines.
- Assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly.
- Prepare training materials including presentations, manuals, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations when applicable.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and trainee progress.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to stay updated with the latest technical information.
- Promote a strong knowledge-sharing culture across the region.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
- *Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or engineering related field.
- *Required strong understanding and hands-on experience as 'Technical Trainer' or related position with engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems of construction and/or agricultural machinery (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders).
- Experience in conducting technical training, with a clear and engaging communication style.
- *Willingness to travel internationally for training sessions lasting 2–3 weeks as needed.
- Demonstrate practical skills in servicing or repairing construction machinery and equipment.
- Passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting the development of technical teams.
- Familiarity with training tools, learning management systems, or digital training platforms.
- *Intermediate level of English.
