Sales Territory: Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, Vietnam, etc.

• Follow up with existing distributors and develop new distribution channels
• Visit end users and provide on-site consultation and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Provide technical consultation and solutions tailored to client needs
• Participate in product design and development projects using your technical expertise
• Perform design and drafting tasks using CAD tools (if applicable)
• Communicate effectively with internal Japanese stakeholders and HQ in Japanese
• Collaborate with Thai customers and partners using Thai and English
• Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are delivered on schedule

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, or Sales Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD operation is a must
• Business-level English or higher
• Japanese proficiency is appreciated but not mandatory
• Comfortable working in a small company environment with 5-10 employees
