JOB DETAIL

1. Business Development:
- Explore, analyze customer needs, and build relationships with target customers such as large organizations, government agencies, or private businesses in need of IT Solutions and Audio Visual Solutions.
- Present products to project customer groups, prepare product presentation documents, plan meetings and presentations, demonstrate related products or technologies for projects, negotiate pricing and sales terms to close sales.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve targets, monitor, adjust sales plans according to circumstances, and provide regular sales reports.

2. Project Sales Management:
- Plan and define the work process for each project, coordinate with internal teams and customers, monitor project progress, and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery as agreed.

3. Document Management:
- Prepare proposals, contracts, project documents, and verify sales contracts.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and update project statuses during weekly meetings.

4. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate within the sales team to share information and strategies, plan marketing activities with the team, and work with other departments to support sales.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Project Managers to design solutions that meet customer needs.

5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Explore market opportunities and assess competitors to enhance sales potential.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in project sales, particularly in IT Solutions or Audio Visual Solutions.
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
- Ability to build and find new customer bases, along with maintaining relationships with corporate-level customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to instill confidence in customers.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Audio Visual Solutions, or similar sales experience is a plus.
- Must have own car and license.
