JOB DETAIL
1. Business Development in Government Agencies:
- Explore, meet, and build relationships with government sector clients such as ministries, departments, independent -organizations, and state-owned enterprises.
- Analyze needs and present solutions that align with government policies and projects.
- Plan and prepare product presentations for government clients, create presentation documents, plan meetings and presentations, and demonstrate relevant products or technologies related to projects.
2. Project Sales Management:
- Plan and manage the sales process from bidding to project delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with government agencies.
- Monitor the approval process and execution at various stages.
- Track project progress and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery according to agreements.
3. Document Management:
- Coordinate and prepare relevant documents such as TOR (Terms of Reference), quotation documents, bidding documents, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and update project statuses during weekly meetings.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate within the sales team to share information and strategies, plan jointly with the team, and collaborate with other departments to support sales.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales team, engineering team, and Project Managers to design appropriate solutions.
5. Monitor Trends and Business Opportunities:
- Analyze government policies and development plans to strategize sales approaches that align with these initiatives.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project sales related to government agencies (product type is not specified).
- Knowledge or experience in handling bids through the e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system will be considered an advantage.
- Document management skills for TOR (Terms of Reference), quotation documents, and bidding documents.
- Knowledge of IT Solutions or AV Solutions used in government work, such as Video Conference systems, network systems, or data security systems, will be considered a plus.
- Understanding of the structure and systems of government.
- Ability to negotiate sales within the context of government agencies.
- Ability to build and find new customer bases, along with maintaining relationships with government agency clients.
- Has own car.
