JOB DETAIL

・Find new clients by making cold calls, visiting, etc.
・Build close partnerships with clients and introduce suitable candidates for their open positions.
・Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
・Search, source, and screen potential candidates according to clients’ requirements.
・Conduct face-to-face, online Zoom, MS Team, or phone interviews with candidates and analyze their skills and qualifications and whether they are matched with open job positions from clients or not.
・Arrange an interview schedule between the client and the candidate and follow up the selection process until the employment offer stage.
・Able to achieve sales targets monthly and quarterly.
・Other assigned tasks by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Male / Female age not over 38
・Bachelor's Degree in any field
・Must have of working experience in sales
・Recruiting experience would be an advantage
・Sales oriented and positive thinking "Can-do-attitude"
・Good command of English (verbal and written)
・Experience in recruitment firms would be preferable
・Good interpersonal and communication skills
・Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve sales target
