JOB DETAIL

The Sales & Marketing Manager needs to handle the following responsibilities for enquiries:
- Establish a good working relationship with marketing department.
- Timely response to prospects.
- Accurate information and basic requirements gathering for prospects.
- Management of the presales process to properly prepare presentations and properly prepare for meeting so as to impress the client we have understood their issues and requirements, dealt with their specific concerns.
- Plan for such meetings deciding what resources (people or otherwise) are appropriate.
- Ensuring relevant people within the prospect organization attend presentations.
- Ensure a proper follow up and ensure there is a clear ’next step’ in the process.

Channel Sales:
- Identifying and prioritizing both territories and partners and doing the research and diligence on potential partners in different territories
- Presenting to them by whatever method such as online demos, personal meetings etc.
- Looking after the long term relationship with partners and being their first point of contact in support matters.

Microsoft Relationship
- Attending seminars etc with Microsoft in order to be able to properly conduct other aspects of your role.
- Make sure we are up to date with marketing tools and materials they produce, especially items for our partner portal or download areas of our website.
- Ensure key information from Microsoft is distributed throughout the company.
- Produce a marketing plan for Microsoft from their template in order to tap into their marketing budget.
- Utilize opportunities for marketing via Microsoft such as contests, entries in their Partner product portfolio web pages etc.
- Stay informed on their promotional offers.
- Produce a monthly pipeline as per their template.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BA or related field.
- Over 2 years of experiences in ERP sales ( If have experience in Microsoft Dynamics would be advantage)
- Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills.
- Good command in English
