Key Responsibilities:
- Support Team member.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives (junior and senior levels) to achieve business targets.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and training.
- Oversee team planning, task allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing budgets & sales strategies

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Modern Trade or FMCG industries.
- 3-5 years in management role.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint are essential for reporting and analysis.
- Intermediate in English (for presentations & reporting).
- Owning a personal car and having a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel domestically for store visits and meetings with customers.
