JOB DETAIL

Manage sales performance in each area to ensure targets are achieved.

Set sales targets and incentive plans for each branch and propose them to top management.

Prepare weekly sales summary reports for management.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales closing reports by store and by product.

Communicate sales plans, strategies, sales promotion policies, and ensure staff execute them to achieve goals.

Analyze sales performance, promotion effectiveness, sales issues, and market competition.

Plan and prepare for booths and event participation in assigned areas.

Manage stock inventory to ensure healthy movement and coordinate with relevant departments to align with planned operations.

Inspect store operations, product sales, and visual merchandising to ensure company standards are met.

Scout and select potential areas for pop-up events and new store openings.

Negotiate with landlords for rental terms and GP to secure high-potential selling locations.

Lead and manage the sales team to execute promotions and campaigns effectively.

Develop creative sales promotion campaigns that maximize sales results.

Oversee procurement, booth construction, and venue setup — including price comparison and supplier negotiation.

Calculate profit & loss and control budgets for each sales campaign.

Schedule staff shifts across all responsible branches.

Develop event concepts/themes that are attractive yet aligned with the brand identity — with a focus on minimal street style.

Check product stock before and after each event.

Prepare equipment and furniture based on the event layout and space suitability.

Assist in sourcing and coordinating temporary staff for events.

Support and resolve staff issues as needed.

Foster motivation and team spirit among staff in the assigned branches.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role.

Own a personal vehicle and have the ability to travel independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.

Demonstrated leadership qualities with a high sense of responsibility.

Excellent people management, team coordination, and time management skills.

Visionary mindset with clear goals; open to new ideas and adaptable to changes in trends and the market.

Strong consulting and negotiation skills.

Honest, punctual, and able to work well with others.

Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams.

Able to travel to all areas, including both Bangkok and upcountry provinces.

Candidates with experience in the fashion or apparel industry will be given special consideration.
