JOB DETAIL

- Oversee day-to-day operations of administrative and support departments, including HR, general affairs, and selected production units.
- Supervise, develop, and motivate approximately 10 direct reports (section managers and supervisors).
- Coordinate with production, quality control, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth factory operations.
-Support HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations.
-Support Japanese expats to support smoother communication and operation between Thai local staff
-Act as a liaison between factory management and senior management.
-Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
-Handle administrative reporting and internal communications effectively.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry.
-Intermediate level of English

-Working experience in food manufacturing industry (but not mandatory).
-Experience managing large teams (direct report about 10 senior / supervisors)
-Having experience in overseeing several departments (such as HR, GA, QC/QA, Procurement, Production etc)
note: Knowledge and experience in HR and general affairs functions (rather than production management).
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle complex operational issues calmly.
