Oversee and control the following divisions:
- Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
- Information Technology
- QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment), Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute action plans aligned with corporate strategy and operational priorities
- Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives across internal functions
- Act as a key change agent to embed new systems, tools, and ways of working
- Provide strategic oversight on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, HR, IT, Engineering, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in operations, corporate services, or internal management roles
- Proven experience managing multiple back-office functions (HR, TA, IT, Compliance/QSHE)
- Strong track record in digital transformation, process improvement, and execution
- Fluent in English.
