JOB DETAIL
- Responsible for recruitment deliveries.
- Gain insight into the challenges existing in the organization and the team, and apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide a full range of solutions for the business team, including training, performance, employee relations, and other human resources work, plus promote the implementation of the plan.
- Be in charge of team-building of the local human resources department and use various effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs.
- Design the personnel growth path and personnel training plan, effectively formulate and implement the talent development plan, and drive implementation.
- Assist in the team atmosphere, and promote the construction of company culture and the rapid development of business.
- Proactively address specific ER issues or employee conflict issues with professional expertise and sound management judgment.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years HR experience, HRBP experience is strongly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or above is required.
- Experience working in the E-commerce industry is strongly preferred.
- Understand the fundamental work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance management, etc.
- Experience in project management, change management, cultural transformation, and independent program driving;
- Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment;
- Key traits are self-driven, motivated, creative, and possessing a growth mindset.
- Intermediate in English and local languages is a must; Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
