JOB DETAIL
• 1.Prepare and organize the implementation of the company's administrative, transportation, cleaning, supervise and inspect the implementation of various administrative.
• 2.Compile and implement the job descriptions and qualifications of subordinates, and regularly revise, review and file.
• 3.Conduct meeting with department manager under guidance and communicate smoothly.
• 4.Organize and supervise the formulation and implementation of the work plans of subordinate posts, and carry out work assignment, organizational assessment.
• 5.Participate in the department's competency training process.
o 5.1 Defines and organizes meeting events and other plans. Organizes and executes meeting minutes if necessary.
o 5.2 Assists in training new employees.
o 5.3 Supervises and manages SS, dress code, labor discipline, etc.
o 5.4 Writing corporate public relations documents and communications with the propaganda department and the media.
o 5.5 Training of new employees in the department and guidance on specific tasks.
o 5.6 Supervision of the implementation of the management system.
o 5.7 Guidance on the normal work and processes of the department.
o 5.8 Regularly review and improve administrative work.
• 6.Handle documentation and coordination related to visa and work permit applications for foreign employees.
• 7.Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) to coordinate with international candidates, expats, and related authorities.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience in HR 3-5 years and management level would be advantage.
• Generalist in human resources management skills
• Good at problem solving and team management.
• Visa and work permit is a must.
• Intermediate level of English 6-7/10
• MS Office
