JOB DETAIL
- Partner with the Country Manager and Business Leaders, taking charge of all HR-related matters within the assigned market to support efficient business operations and performance achievement.
- Align with China HQ to maintain smooth HR operations through localized implementation of company policies, guidelines, SOPs, etc., to ensure HR compliance in the market.
- Manage recruitment deliverables to achieve TA targets and support business needs, including but not limited to talent mapping, sourcing, hiring, and retaining qualified candidates who fit the company culture.
- Manage the employment lifecycle to ensure all documentation and processes are completed on time and aligned with local requirements to mitigate potential employee relations (ER) risks.
- Align with HQ to design and implement local talent management programs to identify and develop strong talent within the organization.
- Partner with people managers to manage team members’ performance through regular OKR and PIP processes when needed.
- Gain insights into challenges and maintain smooth communication with team members to promote company culture and support rapid business development.
- Proactively identify improvement needs across various functions to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead and develop the local HR team to maintain a positive team culture and steady performance.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Over 10 years of working experience, with at least 5–8 years in recruitment, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles.
- Intermediate in English or Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Background in home appliances, social media, or e-commerce is an advantage. Experience with international company cultures and mindsets is preferred.
- Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, structured, and open-minded with a can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and observational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Immediate availability to start work will be an advantage.
