[About Company]
This is a FDA registration and import/export position for a Japanese company that does import, export, and wholesale distribution of food products, raw materials, and consumer goods, primarily serving the hospitality and food service industries such as hotels and restaurants in Thailand

[Job Description]
-Checking import order (Make checklist for FDA registration, Check certificates whether expired or not, Check new items)
-Checking invoice, prepare FDA detail, check JTEPA form, COO form, Phytosanitary certificates)
-Checking product description and certificates of new items
-Updating FDA progress and FDA product license detail, and making FDA progress reports
-Consulting in creating Thai Label that follows the Thai Regulation
-Updating about new regulation and new law about food imports
-Checking the detail on the drafe import declaration before confirming
-Consulting about submitting to get the quota of WTO items
-Consulting about submit WTO certificate of WTO items when each import
-Sending report of WTO items
-Coordinating new import shipment with broker to prepare import clearance
-Checking the detail of the excise job (Alcohol and drinking products)
-Solving issues if there is the problem while doing import clearance process
-FDA registration tasks
-Applying FDA product license of control food or re-process food
-All other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
-Must have import/export/FDA registration about food products for at least 3 years
-Must have experience in importing food products from Japan for at least 3 years
-Must have intermediate level of English skill
-Must be able to work on every other Saturdays (*1 sat every two weeks)
