• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow digital and data service portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Tech) to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Propose data-driven marketing solutions across social, paid media, SEO, influencer, and analytics.
• Identify upselling and new business opportunities within client accounts.
• Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
• Join pitch presentations and support proposal development.
• Understand clients' business objectives and develop data-driven, innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Provide insights on digital trends, audience engagement strategies, and performance-driven marketing.
• Collaborate with the content, performance marketing, and creative teams to craft compelling campaigns.
• Drive multi-channel digital marketing solutions including social media, paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, content marketing, and data analytics.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in communication arts, journal and communication or related field with proven experience
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing agency, Account Management, Strategic Planning, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid media, social, SEO, influencer marketing, content marketing, and analytics).
- Excellent client servicing, communication, and presentation skills.
