- Lead KOL planning and execution for both offline and online marketing campaigns, including budgeting and proposals for management.
- Manage the marketing team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in line with company goals.
- Provide guidance and support on areas such as running ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Line.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, Medical, and other departments to coordinate both online and offline activities such as events and seminars.
- Work creatively with the design team to produce offline and online marketing media (e.g., banners, videos), ensuring brand consistency.
- Prepare weekly marketing performance reports, customer behavior analysis, forecasts, and strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with external parties such as models, designers, and vendors.
- Handle related documentation and any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a relevant role.
- Experience working in hospitals or clinics is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a service mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
- Interest or background in the medical, clinic, or healthcare industry is highly valued.
