Supervise and consolidate accounting operations across three subsidiaries (each with its own Accounting Manager, AR/AP team).

Review and validate monthly financial closings, including actual vs. forecast variance reports.

Approve and oversee key financial documents and internal controls.

Improve and restructure accounting processes and reporting in Mango accounting software.

Advise and support accounting teams on technical, operational, and system issues.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Variance Analysis).

Utilize Power BI to develop and present data-driven financial dashboards and insights.

Collaborate closely with the CFO to prepare financial reports for the Board and support strategic decision-making.

Support IPO-related processes and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (TFRS).

Ensure tax compliance and accurate recordkeeping.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance

Certified Public Accountant (CPD license) required

Background in a Big 4 or audit firm or at least 3 years in a publicly listed company

Solid knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), taxation, and financial operations

Experience with IPO preparation is highly preferred

Proficiency in Mango accounting system and Power BI

Strong leadership and team advisory skills

Able to communicate clearly and professionally with executives and stakeholders
